Your
Walk-Through Report will be retained by BT
Homes Customer Service Department as will
all customer service requests and correspondence.
Although Work Orders are issued promptly, different
contractors, trades and component parts may be
involved. Approximately thirty (30) working days
should be allowed for the completion of the work.
After this time, items found faulty in your home
must be submitted in writing and will be handled
promptly by the Customer Service Department or
the appropriate contractor.
Upon
receipt of your written request, a Customer Relations
Representative will be scheduled at your home between
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday to complete
these items. To expedite completion of your requests,
please include your Lot Number and Community, as
well as a telephone number where you can be reached
during the day on the "Service Request" forms
or your correspondence.
All
request for service after occupancy MUST BE SUBMITTED
IN WRITING on the "Service Request" form
supplied to you at your Walk-Through by our Customer
Service Representative or by filling out the form
below.
