to set up an appointment to finalize the
options and upgrade choices. In order to
complete your home on time, we ask that
all your selections be made at your options
appointments. An administrative fee will
be charged for additions or changes made
after your appointments ($250 for one item
or $500 for multiple items). The list below
is not comprehensive and does not include
pricing. Your Home Coordinator will provide
all available options and pricing at your
appointment.
