If you make the great decision to purchase a new BT Home, our Sales Office will be calling you shortly to set up an appointment to finalize your home selections. In order to complete your home on time, we ask that all your selections be made at your features appointments. An administrative fee will be charged for additions or changes made after your appointments ($250 for one item or $500 for multiple items). The list below is not comprehensive and does not include pricing. Your Sales Consultant or Home Consultant will provide all available features and pricing at your appointment.

• Appliance Upgrades
• Cabinet Upgrades
• Countertop Upgrades
• Electrical and low voltage upgrades (phone jacks, cable jacks, audio, dimmer
  switches, electrical outlets, alarm systems etc.)
• Gas fireplaces
• Flooring Upgrades
• Hardware Upgrades
• Outdoor Living Upgrades (landscaping, garden walls, concrete patio slabs or
  walkways, brick, flagstone, etc.)
• Decks and Extended Portal Upgrades (per plan)

Colors and Interior Finishes- An appointment will be set to select your exterior and interior color schemes including paint, stains, appliances, plumbing, flooring, countertops and cabinets.

Structured Wiring - What is the best way to pre-wire a new home for video, audio, LAN, voice and data? What kind and how many cables do you need and how and where do they get installed? We will arrange an appointment to have your structured wiring suit your requirements.

Landscaping - We will arrange an appointment with our landscaper to discuss and select any landscape upgrades you would like.

Window Coverings - If you would like to have window treatments installed in your new home, we will arrange an appointment with our preferred window covering supplier to discuss and select any upgrades you would like.
